Professional Development Co-Curricular Requirement

Participation in STEP will also offer students the opportunity to attend developmental programming designed to provide personal and professional growth.

"STEP serves as an exhaustive outlet for resources in and about The Ohio State University. The dedicated faculty, staff and students involved in this program assist me in broadening my scope of opportunities that I can participate in throughout my college career. I am so grateful to have a community that encourages me to be passionate about my aspirations and inspires me to work hard towards these endeavors."
