Caitlyn Tietje serves as the STEP Assistant Director and has been with STEP for 6 years. In her role, Caitlyn serves as the main contact for Faculty Mentors and provides curriculum and support for their development in leading their STEP cohorts. In addition, Caitlyn works to oversee communications between STEP, Faculty Mentors, and students.

Caitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Culinary Science and master’s degree in Agricultural and Extension Education from The Ohio State University.

Caitlyn enjoys helping out on her husband’s row crop operation, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
